Date and Location:
Club Hacienda Festival will take place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Parking P1 of Stadion VVV-Venlo.
Opening Hours:
Doors open at 13:00,and the program ends at 23:00. The afterparty at Poppodium Grenswerk starts at 23:30.
Minimum Age:
Club Hacienda Festival is for guests aged 18 and older.
Re-entry:
Re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the venue, re-entry is only possible with a new unused ticket.
When does ticket sales start?
Ticket sales start on Saturday, November 23 at 12:00 via club-hacienda.com/festival-2025.
Do I need to personalize my ticket?
Yes, tickets for Club Hacienda Festival must be personalized. If you purchase a personalized ticket through TicketSwap, that’s perfectly fine.
Sealed Tickets:
We use sealed tickets, which can only be downloaded shortly before the event. This helps prevent ticketscalping. Visitors can purchase tickets but will not be able to download them until 24 hours before the event.
Reselling your ticket:
If you cannot attend, the only secure way to resell your ticket is through TicketSwap (our official partner).
Driving:
The Club Hacienda Festival address is Kaldenkerkerweg 183 Venlo, located at Stadion VVV-Venlo. Follow the Kiss & Ride drop-off signs around the festival area.
Parking:
Parking is available near the festival. Navigate to Kaldenkerkerweg 183 and follow the signs to the parking areas.
Closest Train and Bus Station:
The nearest trainstation is Venlo Central Station, a 20-minute walk from the festival grounds. The closest bus stop is Venlo Spechtweg, accessible via Bus 4 & 5.

There is a bikeparking area near the entrance. You can park your bike here for free.

Club Hacienda Festival features two stages, each with its own sound, unique atmosphere and intimate vibe.
Lockers:
Lockers are available in the ticket shop. If you accidentally leave items in your locker after the festival, contact lockerbox.nl for assistance.

The possession or dealing of hard and softdrugs is prohibited at the festival. If there is any evidence of overt use and/or possession, confiscation of the drugs will follow and/or the offender will be handed over to the police.

You are allowed to bring medication to the festival. Please ensure you have any necessary documentation or prescriptions for verification at the entrance.
